Tomato stuffed with meat

Ingredient:

– Lean pork shoulder: 500g

– Water grease: 100g

– Tomatoes: 10 large ones

– Onions: 50g

– Fish sauce: 30g

– Coriander: 20g

– Pepper: 1g

Preparation

Step 1:

Wash tomatoes, cut in half, remove seeds. Scallions are washed, finely chopped, left for meat, washed, chopped, mixed with scallions and fish sauce.

Step 2:

Fill half a tomato with stuffed meat, drop the stuffed tomato into a pan of boiling fat, fry until cooked, then take it out and put it on a plate.

Add the onions to the pan, pour 1 tablespoon of ketchup into the stir-fry, season with salt and fish sauce, pour over the tomato sauce, sprinkle with pepper and coriander. Serve hot with rice or noodles will be great.

Finished Product Requirements:

Tomato stuffed with browned yellow meat on both sides, soft cooked meat, sweet taste, attractive aroma.
