Preparation
Step 1:
Cut the meat into 5cm squares; potatoes peeled, cut into pieces; scallions cut into small pieces, ginger cut into thick pieces, crushed with a knife.
Step 2:
Put the pan on the stove, put 150g of oil in the pan, cook it hot, let the meat fry, take it out, fry the potatoes until golden, take out.
The pan is still on the stove, add 5g of oil, 15g of sugar to the pan. We will fry the oil and sugar to a deep red color.
Next, add 0.5 liters of water, make red water, add salt, alcohol, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, green onions, ginger. We will bring to a boil, skim off the foam on the surface, and add the meat. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes, put the potatoes in and cook for 10 minutes, at this point the water is a bit dry, you can turn off the heat, pick it up on a plate.
