Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. smoked sausage; chopped and browned

A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 ½ cups grits
1 ½ tsp. thyme; chopped.
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 ½ cups water
16 oz. cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cup milk
Cooking spray
4 eggs; whisked
Preparation:
Smoked Sausage Breakfast is a great way to start your day. This recipe is easy to follow and only requires a few ingredients.

First, put the grits in a pot and add the water.

Then, come to a boil over medium-low heat. After five minutes, remove from heat and whisk in the salt. The next step is to add the cheese and stir until it melts. Once the cheese has melted, add the milk, eggs, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
