Ingredients:
4 eggs

1 lb. baby spinach; torn
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
7 oz. ham; chopped.
Cooking spray
Salt and black pepper to the taste
Preparation:
Baked eggs are a breakfast option. Here is a step by step guide on how to make them:

  1. Add baby spinach to a skillet that has been heated with oil over medium heat, stir, and cook for a couple of minutes before turning off the heat.
  2. Distribute baby spinach and ham among the four ramekins after greasing them with cooking spray.
  3. Divide the milk among the ramekins and crack an egg into each one. Add salt and pepper. Place the ramekins in an air fryer that has been prepared to 350 °F and bake approximately 20 minutes.
