4 eggs
1 lb. baby spinach; torn
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
7 oz. ham; chopped.
Cooking spray

Baked eggs are a breakfast option. Here is a step by step guide on how to make them:
- Add baby spinach to a skillet that has been heated with oil over medium heat, stir, and cook for a couple of minutes before turning off the heat.
- Distribute baby spinach and ham among the four ramekins after greasing them with cooking spray.
- Divide the milk among the ramekins and crack an egg into each one. Add salt and pepper. Place the ramekins in an air fryer that has been prepared to 350 °F and bake approximately 20 minutes.
This meal is not only healthy but delicious as well. Baby spinach is a great source of vitamins A and C, as well as folic acid. Ham provides protein and B vitamins, while eggs are a good source of choline, a nutrient important for brain development.
