– Beef: 500g
– Coriander, bell pepper, green pepper, tomato, onion, main noodle, oyster sauce, white pepper, garlic, sugar, tapioca starch, cooking oil, tomato sauce (Tomato Ketchup), onion, potato.
Preparation:
Step 1:
Clean beef, remove white veins, cut into squares.
Green peppers, tomatoes, onions washed, cut into squares.
Onions are washed and cut into 4cm long. Potatoes are washed, sliced, soaked in salted water for 15 minutes. Peeled garlic, crushed.
Marinated beef: sliced beef, 1.5 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 tablespoons tapioca flour mixed with 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Mix well, marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Wash the potatoes again in water, then fry until golden.
Fry beef until golden brown, remove to a plate.
Fry garlic until fragrant, add tomatoes, onions, green peppers, bell peppers, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of bitter tomatoes, 2 spoons of noodles, 1 spoon of white pepper, a little broth mixed with tapioca flour, stir-fry evenly.
Then, pour into a plate with beef, garnish with french fries, sprinkle coriander on top.
