– Pork ribs: 500g

– Salt, wine, soy sauce, white pepper, cooking oil, onion, garlic, plum sauce (PLUM PASTE BACHUN, Singapore), chili, tomato sauce (TOMATO KETCHUP).

Step 1:

Wash pork ribs, cut into pieces. Pour half a pot of water, do not cover, put 1 teaspoon of salt in the pot, pour in the ribs and bring to a boil.

When the pork ribs are cooked, take them out, mix with the following mixture (be careful not to wash in cold water): 3 drops of wine, 2 tablespoons of boiled water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 0.5 teaspoons of pepper. Mix well, soak for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Pour oil into the pan, let the oil boil, high heat, fry the ribs until golden brown.

Fry the onions and garlic when fragrant, pour in a bowl of water, 3 tablespoons of plum sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, a little chili, braise for 5 minutes to 10 minutes, then arrange on a plate.

Ribs taste good, slightly sweet, sauce is viscous, food colors are eye-catching.
