Mixed Bell Peppers Frittata

1/2 lbs. chicken sausage; casings removed and chopped.

1 sweet onion; chopped
1 red bell pepper; chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 orange bell pepper; chopped
1 green bell pepper; chopped
8 eggs; whisked
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese; shredded
2 tsp. oregano; chopped
Salt and black pepper to the taste
This Mixed Bell Pepper Frittata is a great way to start your day. It is packed with nutrients and is very filling.

The first step is to add 1 tablespoon of oil to your air fryer. Then, add the sausage. Heat at 320 °F for 1 minute to brown.

Next, stir in the remaining oil, the onion, red, orange, and green bell peppers, and sauté for an additional 2 minutes. After that, stir in the eggs, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cooking for 15 minutes.

Finally, spread the frittata among dishes after adding the mozzarella and setting it aside for a few minutes.
