Broccoli Quiches are a great way to start your day. They are packed with protein and veggies, and they are easy to make.
Simply whisk together some eggs, milk, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Then, add broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes to your air fryer. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, add the egg mixture, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.
Breakfast is served! Divide among plates and enjoy.
