How to cook Veggie Mix

Ingredients:
1 yellow onion; sliced

1 red bell pepper; chopped.
1 gold potato; chopped.
2 tbsp. olive oil
8 eggs
2 tbsp. mustard
3 cups milk
8 oz. brie; trimmed and cubed
12 oz. sourdough bread; cubed
4 oz. parmesan; grated
Salt and black pepper

Preparation:
Start your day with this delicious and nutritious air fried breakfast sandwich! It’s packed with a Veggie Mix of onion, potato, and bell pepper, as well as gooey brie cheese and crispy bread.

To make it, simply set your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook the Veggie Mix for 5 minutes with some oil.

Then, in a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and mustard. Add half of the egg mixture and half of the parmesan to the air fryer along with the bread and brie.

Stir in a little amount of the remaining bread and parmesan before cooking for 20 minutes.

Distribute amongst plates and serve as breakfast. Enjoy!.
