Preparation:
Special Corn Flakes Casserole is an easy and delicious breakfast dish that your whole family will love. The best part about this recipe is that it can be made ahead of time and then popped in the air fryer to cook while you’re getting everyone else ready for the day.
Simply whisk together milk, nutmeg, sugar, and eggs in a bowl, then combine cream cheese and blueberries in a separate bowl by whisking well. Fill the third bowl with corn flakes.
To assemble, spread blueberry mixture on each piece of bread before dipping it in egg mixture and finishing it off with corn flakes. Put the bread in the basket of your air fryer, heat to 400 °F, and bake for 8 minutes.
For breakfast, divide among plates and serve with fresh fruit or a dollop of yogurt on top. Enjoy!
