How to cook Protein Rich Egg White Omelet

1 cup egg whites

1/4 cup mushrooms; chopped
2 tbsp. chives; chopped
1/4 cup tomato; chopped
2 tbsp. skim milk
Salt and black pepper to the taste
Egg whites should be combined with tomato, milk, mushrooms, chives, salt, and pepper in a basin. Whisk thoroughly before adding the mixture to the air fryer’s pan.

Cook the omelet at 320 °F for 15 minutes; then let it cool, slice it, and serve it on plates.
