Ingredients:
1 ½ potatoes; cubed

1 yellow onion; chopped.
2 tsp. olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. thyme; dried
1 green bell pepper; chopped
Salt and black pepper to the taste
Preparation:
Potato hash is a dish that can be enjoyed at any time of day. Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast or a satisfying dinner, this dish is sure to please. And best of all, it’s easy to make.

Simply preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and add the onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Then stir in the potatoes, thyme, and eggs. Cook for 20 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. For breakfast, divide among plates and enjoy.
