2 tbsp. yellow onion; chopped.

1/2 cup gouda cheese; shredded
1/4 cup tomatoes; chopped.
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and black pepper to the taste
Cooking spray
Preparation:
Fried Tomato Quiche is a simple and delicious recipe that can be made in just a few minutes.

Using cooking spray, grease a ramekin. Break eggs into a bowl, then whisk in the milk, cheese, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Then, cook it for 30 minutes at 340 degrees Fahrenheit in the pan of your air fryer.

This Fried Tomato Quiche is a great way to use up leftover tomatoes and is perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch. Serve with a side of fruit or salad for a complete meal.
