Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup shrimp; cooked, peeled

1/2 cup baby spinach; chopped.
1/2 tsp. basil; dried
Cooking spray
Salt and black pepper
1/2 cup rice; cooked
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese; grated
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with a whisk while adding the basil, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
2. Add rice, shrimp, and spinach after greasing the pan of your air fryer with cooking spray.
3. Place the egg mixture in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve breakfast after dividing among plates.
