How to cook Breakfast Raspberry Rolls

1 cup milk

1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp. butter
3 ¼ cups flour
2 tsp. yeast
For the filling:
8 oz. cream cheese; soft

12 oz. raspberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Zest from 1 lemon; grated
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so start your day off right with Breakfast Raspberry Rolls!

These delicious rolls are made with flour, sugar, and yeast, and are then mixed with milk and egg to form a dough. The dough is then left to rise for 30 minutes before being transferred to a work area and given a good roll. Next, the dough is spread with a mixture of cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest.

Once the cream cheese mixture is spread over the dough, raspberries and cornstarch are combined in a separate bowl and spread over the top.

Finally, the Breakfast Raspberry Rolls are cooked in an air fryer at 350 °F for 30 minutes. Breakfast has never been so delicious!
