Ingredients:
1 cup blackberry jam; warm
2 cups half and half
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. bread loaf; cubed
8 oz. cream cheese; cubed
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
Cooking spray
Preparation:
1. Cooking spray the inside of your air fryer, then heat it to 300 degrees F.
2. Place half of the bread cubes on the bottom, spread blueberry jam over them, follow with cream cheese, and finish with the remaining bread.
3. Eggs, half-and-half, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla are combined in a basin. Whisk thoroughly and pour over the bread mix. Serve for breakfast after cooking for 20 minutes, divided among plates.
