1 lb. turkey; ground
1 sweet potato; cubed
1 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tomatoes; chopped for serving
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1. In а bowl; mix eggs with salt, pepper, chili powder, potato, spinach, turkey and sweet potato and whisk well.
2. Heat up your air fryer at 350 degrees F; add oil and heat it up.
3. Next, start pouring the eggs mix into the air fryer. Then we will continue to cook this dish for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, you can enjoy delicious delightful eggs casserole for your breakfast.
