Ingredients:
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
For the casserole:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. white sugar
2 ½ cups white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups buttermilk
4 tbsp. butter
1 ⅔ cup blueberries
Zest from 1 lemon; grated
Preparation:
1. In а bowl; mix eggs with 2 tbsp. white sugar, 2 ½ cups white flour, baking powder, baking soda, 2 eggs, milk, buttermilk, 4 tbsp. butter, lemon zest and blueberries; stir and pour into а pan that fits your air fryer.
2. In another bowls; mix 3 tbsp. brown sugar with 2 tbsp. white sugar, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/2 cup flour and cinnamon, stir until you obtain а crumble and spread over blueberries mix.
3. Place in preheated air fryer and bake at 300 °F, for 30 minutes.
