– Beef tenderloin: 250g
– Carrot, cucumber, star fruit, pineapple, green banana, ginger, chili, mustard greens, main noodles, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mustard, sesame (roasted), scallions.
Clean beef, cut into thin layers. Marinate beef with the following mixture: 1 teaspoon oyster sauce. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Wash carrots and cut into thin slices.
Cucumbers are washed and thinly sliced.
Wash star fruit, cut into large pieces.
Pineapple cleaned, thinly sliced.
Clean green bananas, soak in vinegar for 5 minutes (to prevent darkening), slice thinly.
Wash the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Chilli washed, seeded and finely chopped.
The leaves are washed and the roots are cut.
Onions are washed, white roots are 5-6 cm long.
Boil beef with ginger in boiling water. Then remove the beef from the pot, place on a plate, sprinkle sesame around the beef.
Arrange the vegetables on a plate. When eating, roll rice paper rolls, beef and carrots, cucumber, star fruit, pineapple, green banana, chili, dipped with special soy sauce mixed with a little green mustard.
