(Prep + Cook Time: 30 Minutes | Servings: 8)
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup blueberries
1 banana; peeled and mashed
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
2 cups milk
1 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cooking spray

Preparation:

  1. In а bowl; mix sugar with baking powder, cinnamon, chocolate chips, blueberries and banana and stir.
  2. In а separate bowl; mix eggs with vanilla extract and butter and stir.
  3. Next is the stage where you need to turn on the temperature for the air fryer to about 320 degrees F. Coat a layer of cooking oil and then continue to add oats.
  4. Then add the eggs mix and don’t forget some cinnamon mix. Next, you toss and continue for about 18-20 minutes.
  5. Finally, remember to stir your finished product one more time so that all the cooked ingredients are evenly mixed. After that, you can let it cool for 3-5 minutes and can scoop it out into a bowl and enjoy it.
